Our Sessional Program classes are a great way to get your child up and moving in an introduction to dance!

With either assisted learning with a Parent/Guardian, or letting your little dancer move independently in their dance space, they are sure to have fun in these upbeat creative classes. Children will learn to move with the music in an introduction to ballet, jazz, and creative movement with the help of fun props, upbeat music and engaging instructors in a small classroom setting.

We offer a few types of Sessional Classes:

• Parent + Tot (1-3 years)

  • Join your dancer in the studio for 45mins of creative movement fun.

• Shining Stars (3-5 years - Unparented) 

  • Your dancer will participate independently in an introduction to dance and creative movement.

• Twirling Tots and Tumbling Tots (3-5 years - Unparented)

  • On Tuesdays we are offering two classes - Twirling Tots from 9:30-10:15am and Tumbling Tots from 10:30-11:15am. You can sign your dancer up for one of the classes or both for a full morning of dancing, play, and crafts. (If you sign up for both a free snack from 10:15-10:30 is included!)

  • Twirling Tots is a Ballet based class with a Fairytale theme. Props such as scarves and ribbons will be used.

  • Tumbling Tots is an Acro and Gymnastics based class with a Circus theme. Equipment such as various mats, beam, bars and mini trampolines will be used.

There are 3 Sessions throughout the year:

• Sept-Dec, Jan-Mar, and April-June.
  *Shining Star, Tumbling Tots, & Twirling Tots classes in the April-June session will get to participate in our Year End Show.
